This Privacy Policy pertains to the ROYAL KEY mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the  
“Application”) operated by ROYAL KEY (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or  
“us”). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS.” This document  
outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Application. By  
using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This information may

Provide core application functionality

Enable property listing features  
Improve application performance and user experience  
Diagnose technical issues  
Camera and Media Access  
The Application requests permission to access your device’s Camera and Photo Library/Storage strictly  
for:  
Capturing photos or videos of properties to list within the Application  
Uploading existing media from your device gallery to create property listings  
We do not access camera or media files for any other purpose. Media uploaded by users is used only to  
host and display property listings inside the Application.  
Location Information  
The Application may collect approximate location information (such as city or area). We do not collect  
precise real-time GPS location. Location data is used to:  
Provide location-based property recommendations  
Show nearby listings  
Improve services using aggregated and anonymized analytics  
Personal Information & Authentication  
To use certain features, users are required to provide personally identifiable information, including:

This information is used exclusively for:  
User account creation  
One-Time Password (OTP) authentication  
Account security and verification  
The information is retained and used only as described in this Privacy Policy.  
Data Security  
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect user  
information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of  
transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot  
be guaranteed.  
Data Sharing  
We do not sell, rent, or trade users’ personal information. Information may be shared only with trusted  
third-party service providers strictly for application functionality, analytics, and system reliability.

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These

Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy  
We retain user-provided data for as long as the account remains active and for a reasonable period  
thereafter to comply with legal and operational requirements. Users may delete their account and  
associated personal data at any time by:

Navigate to Home Screen → Delete Account

Upon account deletion, user profile information, listings, uploaded media, and associated personal data  
will be removed from active systems. All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the  
deletion request, unless retention is required for legal or security purposes.  
User Rights  
Users have the right to:  
Request access to their personal data  
Request correction of inaccurate information  
Request deletion of their account and personal data  
Requests can be made through in-app settings or by contacting us via email.  
Tracking  
The Application does not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.  
Children’s Privacy  
The Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect  
personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that such data has been  
collected, it will be promptly deleted.  
Changes to This Privacy Policy  
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted within the Application and  
on the privacy policy page. Users are encouraged to review this policy regularly.
